Mr. Ng Rameson Monsang, a social work professional working over 8 years in both national and international organizations completed his Masters in Social Work from Nagpur University. He has vast experience in Managing, implementing and field operations of social developmental projects. Along with his like-minded friends he has started BACEL, his dream initiative, to build and empowered indigenous communities in and around Chandel District in particular and Manipur state in general. He takes care of fund raising, resource management and oversee planning and operations in BACEL.
