A school teacher passionately in love with natural photography and computer designing, Mr. Ngoruh Alvinson Bernard holds a Diploma in Computer Applications and a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Francis de Sales College of Nagpur University. He areas of interest are Data Management & RDBMS; C Programming, Multimedia & Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Fundamentals of Internet & Computer Organisation, etc. He also loves to mingle with children and support them. He manages the social media sections, projects operations, organizing programmes for BACEL.
