Mr. Sh. Sabastine Monsang is a very talented youth leader who has vast experienced skills and methods of livelihood means of the community. He is interested in cultural activities and indigenous tribal folk songs and folk dances. He roles and responsibilities in BACEL are programme execution, support for logistic arrangements, infuse community wisdom and values in activities and helps recording the events.
