Ts. Grace Monsang is a PG degree in Social Work. She is a dedicated youth leader for the community of Monsang Pantha. She loves to help and support the youth organization to her best capacity. She displays her interest in women issues. For BACEL she helps in organizing programmes, mobilizes people, helps in social research and above all maintains the accounts of the organization.
