Mr. Ts. Warshing is a village leader and a football enthusiast holds a Bachelor Degree in Arts. A well experienced person in executing community initiatives and projects. His interest to impart positive behaviour change among the youths of the indigenous communities has driven him to be well connected to the indigenous way of life. His responsibilities in BACEL are planning, connecting and guidiance.
